At Forcenature, we want you to be satisfied with every morning walk product and service you purchase through forcenature.world. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations apply to our Guided Sunrise Walk Passes, Weekly Group Memberships, and Trail Starter Kits.
1. General Overview
Our products fall into two categories: service-based offerings (walk passes and memberships) and physical goods (Trail Starter Kits and related gear). Each category has specific return and refund provisions detailed below. All return requests must be initiated by contacting our team through the contact form at forcenature.world/meet-us.html or by phone at +12108904040 within the applicable timeframes.
2. Guided Sunrise Walk Pass
The Guided Sunrise Walk Pass ($24.99) provides single-session access to a scheduled Forcenature group walk. Passes may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled walk start time. Cancellations received within forty-eight hours of the scheduled walk are eligible for rescheduling to an alternative session within thirty days, subject to availability, but are not eligible for a monetary refund unless the walk is cancelled by Forcenature.
If we cancel a walk due to severe weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment, pass holders will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future session at their choice. No-shows without prior cancellation notification are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
3. Weekly Group Membership
Weekly Group Membership ($39.00 per month) provides recurring access to one scheduled walk per week on your selected day. Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us before your next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no partial-month refunds are issued for unused sessions within an active billing cycle.
New members may request a full refund within seven days of their first membership payment if they have not attended any scheduled walks during that period. After attending a walk or after the seven-day window, membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but future renewals will be stopped upon cancellation request.
If Forcenature cancels more than two scheduled walks in a single billing month due to circumstances within our control, affected members may request a proportional credit or refund for the disrupted sessions.
4. Trail Starter Kit
The Trail Starter Kit ($34.95) includes physical items shipped to your provided address. Physical products may be returned within thirty days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all included components (water bottle, reflective arm band, and laminated route map).
To initiate a return, contact us with your order confirmation details. We will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Refunds include the product price but exclude original outbound shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components are not eligible for return. Customized or personalized items, if offered in the future, are final sale unless defective.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a Trail Starter Kit that arrives damaged or contains defective components, notify us within fourteen days of delivery with photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs at no additional charge to you. Defect claims for reflective bands with insufficient reflective coating or water bottles with seal failures will be honored upon verification.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a Trail Starter Kit for any reason within the return window, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures accurate inventory tracking and prompt processing.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund: digital route maps or materials delivered electronically after download; walk passes for sessions already attended; membership fees for billing periods during which walks were attended; products returned after the applicable return window; and items damaged through misuse or normal wear after delivery.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, contact us and we will investigate the status with our payment processor.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases may result in suspension of walk group participation and membership privileges.
10. Texas Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Texas or federal consumer protection laws. Residents of Texas may have additional rights regarding defective merchandise and service contracts that are not waived by this policy.
11. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on forcenature.world. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
